Dhikala is Corbett National Park’s largest, most famous, and most beautiful ecotourism zone, with scenic safari routes charting right along the Ramganga River. Famous for the massive Chaur (one of Asia’s largest grasslands), the Dhikala zone features a stunning mix of dense Sal forests, riverbeds, and mixed vegetation.
As the core area, it is widely considered the ultimate hub for spotting the Royal Bengal Tiger and Asiatic elephants. The safari canter frequently stops at the historic forest rest house, allowing visitors to soak in breathtaking views of the river valley.

The Bijrani safari zone has a very diverse range of flora and fauna. Wildlife enthusiasts visiting the park for a day trip favor the Bijrani zone, which is located at a distance of around 2 km from Ramnagar city. It offers visitors a fantastic opportunity to experience the stunning forests. Bijrani is the second-finest safari zone after Dhikala for spotting tigers. The zone is famous for its beautiful landscape and is in a very calm and quiet location. All visitors admire the beauty of this location. This zone is reachable via Amdanda Gate.

The Jhirna Jeep Safari Zone is a highly attractive and vital sector of the Corbett Tiger Reserve. A major benefit for travelers is its year-round accessibility. The safaris are strictly regulated, allowing a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children (under 12 years) per gypsy.

Apart from frequent wild elephant sightings, it is highly famous for the Domunda Bridge, where travelers can spot the prized Mahasheer fish swimming in the crystal-clear river waters. The dense, multi-layered green canopy also makes it the premier spot for bird-watching expeditions.
