Corbett Canter Safari visits the Dhikala Zone, which lies in the core area of the Corbett Tiger Reserve and is famous for its dense forest, rich wildlife, and scenic beauty.For visitors not planning an overnight stay in Dhikala, the Canter Safari is one of the best ways to explore this popular safari zone.During the safari, the canter usually stops near a forest rest house, where visitors can enjoy views of the Ramganga River and may spot wildlife such as deer, elephants, birds, and occasionally tigers (sightings depend on natural movement).

The Canter Safari departs from the designated boarding point in Ramnagar. Visitors with confirmed bookings can board from Ramnagar or Dhangarhi Gate, depending on their booking details.

• A valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) is required of every visitor for booking.
• Share your preferred safari date and shift (Morning / Afternoon) while making the booking.
• Full advance payment is required to confirm your Canter Safari.
• Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The same photo ID used during booking must be presented at the safari boarding point.
• Indian visitors can request bookings up to 45 days in advance, while foreign visitors can book up to 90 days in advance (passport details required).
• Safari bookings are subject to permit availability and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If a booking cannot be confirmed due to permit unavailability or technical issues, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Entry to all safari zones is strictly regulated as per approved vehicle capacity for each shift.
• Visitors must arrive at the entry gate well before reporting time.
