All tour, package, and safari bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, etc.) is mandatory for all travelers at the time of booking.
Final booking details, including safari timing, accommodation, and transportation, will be shared via email or WhatsApp after confirmation.
An advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved modes.
Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the booking.
All visitors must strictly follow the rules and guidelines issued by Jim Corbett National Park authorities, including:
No feeding or disturbing wildlife
No littering inside the park
No loud noises or disruptive behavior
Safaris are conducted under park-approved guides and drivers. Guests must follow their instructions at all times for safety and compliance.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Visitors should ensure they are physically fit for activities such as safaris or trekking.
Any medical conditions or special requirements should be informed in advance.
Guests must carry their own medications if required.
Corbett Visit Tour & Travel acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and park authorities. We are not responsible for delays, changes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.
In case of emergencies, we will assist to the best of our ability; however, any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the traveler.
We strongly recommend that all guests arrange personal travel insurance. Corbett Visit Tour & Travel is not responsible for any medical emergencies, accidents, or losses during the tour.
We shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
