Corbett Visit Tour and Travel is a private, independent travel management company. We are not affiliated with the Forest Department of Uttarakhand or the official Government of India tourism board. We act as an intermediary facilitator for bookings and ground logistics.
Booking Process:
A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once the full payment is received and the permit is successfully issued by the Forest Department.
The guest is responsible for carrying the Original Government ID (Aadhar, PAN, Passport) used at the time of booking. Failure to produce the original ID at the park gate will result in entry being denied.
Liability:
We are not responsible for any sightings of specific wildlife (including Tigers). Wildlife sightings are a matter of chance.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by “Acts of God” (heavy rainfall, landslides, etc.).
Guests must adhere to all park rules. Any fines imposed by the forest department for rule violations are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ramnagar/Nainital, Uttarakhand.
