By accessing this website or booking any service with Corbett Visit Tour & Travel, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. The terms “you”, “your”, or “user” refer to any visitor or customer using our website or services.
All Jim Corbett tour packages, safari bookings, and hotel reservations are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, etc.) is mandatory for all travelers.
Final booking details, including safari timing, accommodation, and transportation, will be shared via email or WhatsApp after confirmation.
40% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining 60% balance must be paid on the first day of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit card, or other approved modes.
If the balance payment is not cleared on time, Corbett Visit reserves the right to withhold or stop services.
No refund will be applicable for unused services such as accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing, or safaris due to weather conditions, health issues, traffic, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Safari charges once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a safari booking fails due to technical issues or seat unavailability, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
Base category rooms will be provided at all hotels and resorts.
Room upgrades are available at an additional cost, payable directly to the hotel.
If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, a similar-category hotel will be arranged.
Standard check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (as per hotel policy).
Meals are served as per the hotel’s fixed buffet menu.
Valid photo ID is mandatory for all guests at hotel check-in.
Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary and are not on disposal.
Additional sightseeing or route changes will be chargeable.
Delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or guest delays are not eligible for refunds.
Air-conditioning may be switched off in hilly areas for safety reasons.
All guests must strictly follow Jim Corbett National Park and Forest Department guidelines.
Wildlife disturbance, littering, loud noises, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
Safaris are conducted only with forest-authorized guides and drivers.
Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, Elephant Safari, and Forest Rest House bookings are subject to forest department rules and permit availability.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
Visitors must ensure they are physically fit for safaris and outdoor activities.
Any medical conditions or special requirements must be informed in advance.
Guests should carry their own medicines if required.
Travel insurance is not included in any tour or safari package.
Guests are strongly advised to arrange personal travel insurance for medical emergencies, accidents, or losses.
Corbett Visit Tour & Travel acts as a booking facilitator between travelers and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and forest authorities.
We are not responsible for delays, changes, injuries, losses, damages, or cancellations caused by weather, wildlife movement, road conditions, government restrictions, or third-party services.
In case of emergencies, we will assist to the best of our ability; however, additional expenses will be borne by the traveler.
We shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Nainital, Uttarakhand jurisdiction only.
