All Jim Corbett tour packages, safari bookings, and hotel reservations are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, etc.) is mandatory for all travelers.
Final booking details, including safari timing, accommodation, and transportation, will be shared via email or WhatsApp after confirmation.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in any tour or safari package.
Guests are strongly advised to arrange personal travel insurance for medical emergencies, accidents, or losses.

We are not responsible for delays, changes, injuries, losses, damages, or cancellations caused by weather, wildlife movement, road conditions, government restrictions, or third-party services.
In case of emergencies, we will assist to the best of our ability; however, additional expenses will be borne by the traveler.
Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Nainital, Uttarakhand jurisdiction only.
