30 days prior to arrival: No cancellation charge
15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% cancellation charge
7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charge
Less than 6 days prior to arrival or No-Show: No refund applicable
Jeep Safari,Canter Safari,Forest Rest House booking is non- refundable.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of receiving the written cancellation request, subject to applicable deductions.
Requests for changes (dates, hotels, activities) must be made at least 14 days before the tour start date.
All changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
No refund will be provided if the traveler fails to report or join the tour at the scheduled time and location.
In exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or family bereavement, partial refunds may be considered on a case-to-case basis, subject to verification and supporting documents.
