Cancellation by the Guest:
Safari Permits: As per the regulations of the Jim Corbett National Park Forest Department, all Safari Permits (Jeep/Canter/Forest Rest House) are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. No cancellations or date changes are permitted by the authorities.
Cancellation by the Forest Department:
In case of park closure due to VIP movement, or administrative reasons, we will facilitate a refund for the permit fee as per the government’s disbursal. Our service fees and transport costs incurred remain non-refundable.
Resort Accommodations:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: 90% refund of the resort component.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the resort component.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.
Service Fees: Our administrative service fees are non-refundable once the booking process has been initiated.
